Just select a sub-category, within any of the main categories, then click on the   button at the top right of the page to begin the process.  The resulting screen is simple to understand and includes a browser button to search your computer for the picture you wish to upload.  Once you find the name of the picture file, just double-click on it, and it will appear in the corresponding box on the upload screen.  There are just a couple of restrictions here, though... your file must not be larger than 640 pixels wide, and it must be either a '.jpg' or '.gif' file type.  Also, please provide a description of the picture, and even the date the picture was taken, in the available input boxes of the upload screen.

Although files are immediately uploaded to the server, they will not appear on the picture gallery until they have been approved - this is to ensure the content is suitable, before being presented.  Please be sure to select the appropriate sub-category for your picture.  For instance, a Bermuda beach scene should be uploaded to the Beaches sub-category, rather than the Forts sub-category, etc.
